Mission Ministry during COVID-19

U.M. ARMY continues to Re-imagine Mission and Ministry during the COVID-19 Pandemic!

This past summer we had incredible mission experiences in local communities that engaged youth, young adults, adult volunteers and families of all ages!  A variety of Clients were served.  Some were similar to our traditional U.M. ARMY experience.  In these instances, homes were repaired, repainted, yard work was accomplished, and ramps were built...  New opportunities were also discovered in local communities and U.M. ARMY participants connected with other non-profits, churches, and individuals in creative ways!  In the end, people felt like they had "been to U.M. ARMY!"

During the Fall of 2020 the "ALL IN" Story continues!  We would LOVE for you to join us!

SUMMER 2021 PLANNING IS UNDERWAY

2021 Theme: GOD AT WORK: CREATING

Each Region is making plans on how to best accommodate mission opportunities.  Please check the individual region page links below for details on their mission offerings and check back often for updates.  We hope you will continue to plan to work with U.M. ARMY in the coming year. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact any of our staff.

Mission Model Options and Flexibility – We will provide a variety of programs to meet your needs. You will be able to make the best decision for your group. We will partner with you to identify the best approach based on your comfort level.  We will minimize penalties for registering early if your plans have to change.

We are creating a plan for 2021 mission trips and evaluating everything to keep our communities, participants, and hosts safe, all while providing life-changing opportunities for service and mutual impact for all involved. We believe it’s not only possible, but that it is worth the effort now more than ever before.

We continue to believe, GOD IS IN CONTROL GOD IS AT WORK: CREATING we can't wait to see what God has in store for us this year!
