Everyone works at a U. M. ARMY – Texas Conference work camp. Adults are not just chaperones, but are an equal participant and have particular leadership responsibilities.

U. M. ARMY – Texas Conference also provides training events for adults that cover not only the above areas but others as well.
Our Volunteer Development Conference held in May is attended by over 600 adults, and provides hands-on training for every leadership position.
