POLICY CHANGES

REFUND POLICY

Group Registration Deposit ($75/person) is refundable prior to receiving Individual Forms less a $75 processing fee.

Individual Registration fees ($215) are refundable less a $95 processing fee.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Incoming freshmen (completed the 8th grade) are allowed to attend Summer work camps.  For all other camps (Christmas, Spring Break, & SLAM) the minimum age remains the same; currently in the 9th grade.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an OPTION for churches to include incoming freshmen; it is not mandatory churches do this.  Most churches already have summer programs for this group.  For those that do not, this is an opportunity to include this group with their youth attending U.M. ARMY.

SCHOLARSHIPS

U.M. ARMY has full and partial scholarships available for youth and adult participants who need financial assistance.A request for scholarship is made by the Youth Director/Church Representative to U.M. ARMY using the request form.

It is not necessary that the person receiving the scholarship make the request or sign any form.  The request form is for accounting purposes only, and U.M. ARMY will not contact the person receiving the scholarship.  All matters dealing with scholarships will be between the Youth Director and U.M. ARMY.  Records will be confidential and private.
