Registration is a multi-step process and is on first come, first served basis.

Group Registration (Click here for form) is now open--churches must complete the group registration form and send it to the U.M. ARMY-SWTX office with a non-refundable $75 per participant registration fee.

Church coordinators (click here for form) will then receive verification of the camp date and participant numbers for summer camps from the U.M. ARMY-SWTX office.

Individual registrations (click here for form) and camper fee balances are then due for each participant attending.

Group roster  with the Senior Minister's signature must be completed by each participating church.  Click here for group roster.

Early Bird Registration
Individual fees and forms due to U.M. ARMY-SWTX office postmarked by April 1, 2008.   Amount due is $120 balance per participant ($195 total less the $75 deposit).

Regular Registration
Individual fees and forms due to U.M. ARMY-SWTX office postmarked by May   15, 2008.   Amount due is $150 balance per participant ($225 total less the $75 deposit).
