2010 Regular Registration
Total Regular Registration fee is $290 per person and will be accepted until camps are full:2010 Rolling Ridge Registration
Total Regular Registration fee is $325 per person and will be accepted until camps are full:All Registration fees are forfeited for groups or individuals cancelling within 30 days of the camp start date. However fees are transferable to additional participants from the same group.

reserve a space for your group in camp. Camps fill quickly so complete and
mail this form with a $50 per person non-refundable deposit ASAP. |

Once the Individual Registration forms are complete, the Church Coordinator should complete the Group Roster. Your Senior Pastor must sign this form, stating that each adult participant has been Safe Sanctuary approved. Mail this form with your Individual Registration Forms. | |

Each participant must fill out an Individual Registration Form in order to attend the camp. The Participating Church Coordinator will collect all of the forms and remaining fees and send the forms with one check to the U.M. ARMY office no later than April 15, 2010. Each participant must attend a Safety and Tool Training at their home church before participating in camp. Go to the Training page for more information. |

In addition to the Individual Registration every adult attending camp must complete the Adult Safe Sanctuary form. Each Adult must attend an Adult Training before they attend camp. Go to Training for a date and location near you. |

Most churches use the standard U.M. ARMY Consecration Service at their Sunday morning service just before the youth leave for camp. |
