In Which Conference or Jurisdiction is My Church Located?

Within the United Methodist Church groups of churches are organized into districts.  Several districts are combined into conferences.  There are 63 conferences wtihin the United Methodist church organizational structure in the United States.  The conferences are organized into five jurisdictions within the United States.  U.M. ARMY follows this same organizational structure.

• North Central Jurisdiction
   

  Includes the following conferences: Dakotas, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Detroit, Northern llinois, Illinois Great Rivers, North Indiana, South Indiana, West Michigan, East Ohio, West Ohio

   

  Covers the following states:  North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota

   
• Northeast Jurisdiction
   
  Includes the following conferences: New York, New England, Baltimore-Washington, Central Pennsylvania, Eastern Pennsylvania, Greater New Jersey, North Central New York, Peninsula-Delaware, Troy, West Virginia, Western New York, Western Pennsylvania, Wyoming
   
  Covers the following states:  West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, Maryland, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Delaware

• South Central Jurisdiction

Includes the following conferences: Arkansas, Central Texas, Kansas East, Kansas West, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Texas, Northwest Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma Indian Missionary, Rio Grande, Southwest Texas, Texas
